(As relates to AC Regents Law) Capital punishment in Aeroplane City is conducted in a gruesome way. Drowning. Conducted at the North end outskirts of Aeroplane City where the river leaves town. The judged are dropped from a dock in a submersible cage. It has two doors on the downstream side. One door at the top. When sentenced to die, people are thrown in. The cage is lowered and the top is opened. The sentenced are thrown in. Then it is submerged. After 5 minutes the side doors open and the body floats downriver.
AKA Downriver. Downriver is known as “The Dead River” to the locals.
