A plan employed within VPS to discourage competitors from attempting to install corporate spies in its ranks. It covertly used Dalton and Baxter’s Dark Program behind Dalton’s back to create 5 false identities for faithful company employees and fake their deaths. When promised a new life with benefits, none were delivered.
